1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph1365.app, registering an account, or making use of any product or service offered by ph1365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ph1365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph1365 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on ph1365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

3. Account Responsibilities

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph1365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own verified name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph1365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ph1365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
