• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other licensed Philippine payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Game Providers: Licensed game software providers (e.g., JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) receive only the minimum technical data required to deliver game functionality. They do not receive your full identity data.

Some of ph1365's technology service providers and game software partners operate servers or infrastructure outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, ph1365 ensures that such transfers are conducted only to recipients in countries that provide an adequate level of data protection, or under contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide protection equivalent to RA 10173 standards, in accordance with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

8. Data Security

ph1365 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and ph1365 servers.
• Hashing of account passwords using industry-standard one-way cryptographic algorithms — ph1365 staff cannot read your password.
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments of platform infrastructure.
• Incident response procedures aligned with the NPC's mandatory data breach notification requirements under RA 10173.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, ph1365 will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players within the timeframes required by RA 10173.

9. Retention Periods

ph1365 retains personal data for the following periods, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised:

• Account data: For the duration of the active account relationship, plus 5 years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR recordkeeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: 10 years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended).
• Customer support communications: 3 years from the date of last interaction.
• Technical and usage logs: 12 months from collection, unless required longer for security investigations.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

ph1365 uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies on the ph1365 platform:

• Essential Cookies: Required for platform functionality, including session management and login state. Cannot be disabled without breaking platform functionality.
• Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregate, anonymised data about how Filipino players use the ph1365 platform, to help us improve performance and user experience.

11. Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by ph1365:

12. Children & Minors

ph1365 strictly prohibits registration and access by individuals under 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. ph1365 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If ph1365 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, that data will be promptly deleted and the associated account permanently closed. If you believe a minor has registered on ph1365, please contact our support team immediately.

13. Policy Updates

ph1365 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR requirements, or platform practices. Material updates will be notified to registered players via in-platform notification or SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the ph1365 platform following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
